He <br />specializes in preparing detailed civil design plans and coordinating <br />with utility providers, municipalities, and regulatory agencies to ensure <br />timely project delivery and compliance. His project background <br />includes water main replacement projects with the Miami-Dade <br />Water and Sewer Department, paving, grading, and drainage design <br />for residential developments in Miami Beach, and water and sewer <br />utility design for single-family homes.
