Current Workload
Ross Engineering, Inc. has reviewed its recent and current workload and confirms that the firm has
adequate staff capacity to support the City of Sunny Isles. The following workload chart identifies Ross
Engineering’s current and recently completed projects, including the services provided, total fees, current
project phase or completion status, manpower allocation, estimated duration, and proposed availability.
Projects currently on hold for more than sixty (60) days have not been included in the manpower
projections. The accompanying workload availability chart demonstrates that Ross Engineering maintains
available staffing capacity in all projected quarters. The chart shows the firm’s workload allocation as a
percentage of available capacity, along with the remaining percentage available for new assignments.
As current projects are completed, Ross’ workload decreases, and staff availability increases, allowing the
firm to provide the City of Sunny Isles with timely support for assigned civil engineering task orders.
