62
City of Sunny Isles Beach | RFQ 26-07-01
Continuing Professional Architectural and Engineering | General Civil Engineer
through.
4.8 COMMITMENT TO THE CITY
Ross Engineering will provide the City with responsive leadership, disciplined project management,
practical engineering judgment, proactive schedule and cost control, and documented quality review from
task authorization through final closeout. Our direct experience on
the City’s NE 172nd Street Roadway and Drainage Improvements
project gives Ross familiarity with Sunny Isles Beach’s coastal
drainage conditions, constrained roadway environment, existing
drainage wells, pump-system needs, utility coordination,
permitting requirements, and construction-phase expectations,
allowing Ross to mobilize efficiently while still evaluating each new
assignment on its own conditions.
Ross’s goal is to deliver civil engineering services that are technically
sound, permittable, constructible, maintainable, cost-conscious,
clearly documented, and completed within the schedule and
budget established with the City. Through Melissa’s executive
oversight, Robert’s day-to-day project management, Raymond’s
independent technical and QA/QC leadership, and the support of
Ross’s engineering and specialty-consultant team, the City will receive one accountable source for the
successful delivery of each assignment.
