Active assignments total 26 projects spanning <br />design, permitting, construction, and CEI phases, with manpower allocations of 3%-20% per project and no <br />single assignment exceeding 20% of firm capacity. SRS has 30 full-time employees and immediate capacity <br />to begin work under this contract. See attached Current Workload table. <br />Yes. SRS Engineering, Inc. will serve as prime consultant and will perform the majority of work in-house, <br />including civil engineering design, surveying and subsurface utility engineering, and construction engineering <br />and inspection. Total sub-Consultant participation is approximately 35%; SRS Engineering, Inc. <br />approximately 65%.
