<br />ITEM 8 - PROPOSER'S ATTRIBUTES
<br />SRS Engineering, Inc. has provided municipal engineering, permitting, and construction administration services
<br />throughout Miami-Dade County for 30 years and is currently under continuing professional services contracts
<br />with eight municipalities and two County departments. As a result, there is no learning curve on local codes or
<br />on coordination with Miami-Dade RER/DERM, the Water and Sewer Department, SFWMD, or FDOT.
<br />Principal-level involvement on every assignment gives the City direct access to decision-makers with the
<br />experience and authority to act. Mr. Ignacio Serralta, P.E., President, serves as Principal-in-Charge, and Mr.
<br />Oliden Martinez, P.E., serves as Assigned Project Manager and single point of day-to-day contact.
<br />SRS was named 2025 Public Works Consultant of the Year for Roadway/Highways and Stormwater by the
<br />American Public Works Association, Florida Chapter, and Branch Consultant of the Year by the APWA South
<br />Florida Branch in both 2024 and 2025.
<br />In-house civil design, survey and subsurface utility engineering, and construction engineering and inspection
<br />capability, supported by a long-standing team of specialty sub-Consultants, allows SRS to respond to on-call
<br />task order assignments quickly and completely, within schedule and budget.
