<br /> <br /> <br />Section 2 <br />Minimum Qualification Requirements <br /> <br />2.1 Continuing Services Experience <br /> <br />Schindler Architects, Inc. has successfully provided continuing professional architectural services <br />to municipal and governmental agencies throughout South Florida under continuing services <br />contracts and task order assignments. The firm's experience includes architectural planning, <br />facility renovations, rehabilitation, building assessments, construction administration, and <br />specialty projects for local governments and public agencies. <br /> <br />Most recently, Schindler Architects has provided ongoing architectural services to the City of <br />Miami Beach, including the rehabilitation and reglazing of the historic Bass Museum, which was <br />completed in accordance with the Secretary of the Interior's Standards for Rehabilitation. <br /> <br />The firm also currently serves Miami-Dade County under its EDP Continuing Professional <br />Services Contract, performing architectural services on a variety of public facilities. <br />Representative assignments include the refurbishment of the People Mover Station at Terminal <br />E at Miami International Airport; a new Break Room and Restrooms at Satellite Concourse E; <br />renovation of Building 845; and the $20 million Concourse H Curtain Wall Rehabilitation project <br />encompassing five gates. These assignments demonstrate Schindler Architects’ ability to <br />successfully deliver renovation and rehabilitation projects of varying size, scope, and complexity <br />within active public facilities. <br /> <br />Additional continuing services experience includes work for the Miami-Dade County General <br />Services Administration (GSA), including the adaptive reuse of an existing warehouse into a Day <br />Care Center and a Fleet Maintenance Facility designed to accommodate large service vehicles. <br /> <br />Through these continuing service contracts, Schindler Architects has demonstrated the ability to <br />respond quickly to individual task assignments, coordinate with public agency staff, manage <br />multiple concurrent projects, and consistently deliver high-quality architectural services within <br />established schedules and budgets. This experience has prepared the firm to provide the <br />responsive, dependable, and technically sound professional services that the City of Sunny Isles <br />Beach seeks under this Continuing Professional Architectural and Engineering Consulting <br />Services contract. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />
