<br />throughout Florida and internationally. Throughout his career, he has led the successful delivery of projects for
<br />educational institutions, municipalities, aviation and transportation agencies, government organizations, commercial
<br />developments, hospitality facilities, and residential communities.
<br />Mr. Schindler's experience encompasses every phase of project delivery, including facility programming, master
<br />planning, feasibility studies, architectural design, construction documents, permitting, bidding assistance, and
<br />construction administration. He has extensive experience with renovations, additions, adaptive reuse, and
<br />modernization projects involving occupied facilities where careful planning, phased construction, and coordination with
<br />owners, contractors, and stakeholders are essential to maintaining uninterrupted operations.
