<br />As President and Qualifying General Contractor of Bazanj Construction Corporation, Blanca directed more than 100
<br />public-sector projects for Miami-Dade County departments, PortMiami, Public Health Trust, Broward County Public
<br />Schools, municipalities, and other governmental agencies. Her responsibilities included executive management,
<br />estimating, procurement, contract negotiations, project oversight, construction coordination, and client communication.
<br />Her extensive public-sector experience provides a strong understanding of the procedures, accountability, coordination,
<br />and documentation required for publicly funded projects. She has worked closely with agency representatives, design
<br />professionals, contractors, regulatory authorities, and facility users to deliver projects while maintaining established
