MINIMUM QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS — COMPLIANCE SUMMARY <br />The RFQ (Section 2.4, as amended by Addenda Nos. 2, 4, 6, and 7) establishes three pass/fail Minimum Qualification <br />Requirements. TEC satisfies each. Five are provided <br />for meeting this criterion: (1) City of North Miami Beach — <br />Engineering & Project Management Services, Public Works <br />Department; (2) City of North Miami — Owner's Engineer <br />Representative & Project Management Services; (3) Town <br />of Bay Harbor Islands — Continuing Engineering & Capital <br />Program Support; (4) Seminole Tribe of Florida — Project <br />Management Services for Transportation Projects; (5) <br />Miami-Dade Water and Sewer Department — Senior <br />Cadastral Technician Services Supporting the CIP. See the <br />discipline-coverage matrix below (Addendum No. 7, A3). <br />Section 5 — Project Description <br />Forms Nos. 1, 2, 3, 6 and 11 <br />MQR #3 — Three Reference <br />Questionnaire Letters (City <br />form, RFQ p. 41; same <br />projects as MQR #2; TEC as <br />primary consultant) <br />TEC provides three (3) completed and signed City <br />Reference Questionnaires, each from a client on an MQR <br />#2 prime contract and matching Project Description Forms <br />Nos. 1, 2, and 3: City of North Miami Beach (Gregory <br />Christian, Engineering & Construction Manager), City of <br />North Miami (Thomas Positano, CSM, Interim Public <br />Works Director), and Town of Bay Harbor Islands (Sam <br />Zamacona, EI, CIP Director). TEC served as primary (prime) <br />consultant on each.
