TEC has never been debarred, suspended, <br />or otherwise declared ineligible by any federal, state, or local public agency, and has never failed to complete a <br />contract. A signed Dispute Disclosure Affidavit is included with the Contract Forms (Section 6). <br />Proof of Insurance <br />TEC maintains, and provides proof of, the insurance program summarized below. A sample Certificate of Liability <br />Insurance (client identifiers redacted), the firm's Workers' Compensation certificate, and the insurer's commitment <br />letter for the increased Professional Liability limit are included at Attachment 1-C.
