The scope emphasizes the highest standards in inspection, reporting, and construction oversight for critical flood-control infrastructure: levees, dams, dikes, seepage cutoff walls, berms, pump stations, and ancillary electrical systems. TEC field inspectors produce daily inspection reports with integrated safety and quality checks, giving the USACE program team real-time visibility into work quality, material compliance, and emerging field issues — ensuring all construction within the contractor's work area conforms to the intended design and specifications in support of the federal program's schedule, quality, and cost objectives. Scope of TEC Services •Continuous inspection and documentation of levees, dams, dikes, seepage cutoff walls, and berms •Pump-station and ancillary electrical-system QA — mechanical and electrical installation conformance •Three-Phase Control execution: preparatory, initial, and follow-up phases per definable feature of work •Daily inspection reports with integrated safety and quality checks; deficiency tracking to closure •Materials-testing frequency compliance and real-time reporting to the USACE program team Relevance to the City of Sunny Isles Beach (Civil No. 3 / CEI No. 8) •Federal-grade QA, municipal application.
