The RPR scope centers on on-site observation and inspection of pump replacements, piping tie-ins, and associated electrical upgrades; daily reporting with quantities, photos, and safety checks; and field-issue resolution with the contractor — tracking progress against a 660-day construction schedule while respecting contractor means and methods. Complementing the field effort, TEC provides Services During Construction on an as-requested basis: shop-drawing and submittal reviews (including re-submittals), RFI responses, monthly progress meetings, pay-application quantity verification, startup/testing and operator-training coordination, and substantial/final completion inspections with punch-list development and closeout documentation. The work proceeds inside an active operating facility — requiring careful sequencing around live process flows, electrical tie-ins, and continuous plant operations.
