Code included artisan light-industrial uses and live-work units in the mixed-use district to increase commercial space viability. Implementation included working with City to further develop with a Land Use Plan Amendment and subsequent zoning amendments.
<br />Miami Downtown Development of Regional Impact (DRI) | Senior Planner - Conducted a technical and policy review for the South Florida Regional Planning Council. The review included methodologies for traffic capacity and operational analysis, an assessment of transit data, and an evaluation of policy implications related to the person trip methodology, transit mode share assumptions, and their impact on area-wide development.
