The Corradino <br />Group, Inc., et al. (two in all), Defendants; Case #25000940CA; in the 14th Judicial Circuit Court, <br />Bay Co., FL; First Amended Third-party Complaint against Corradino filed 10/27/25; Count I: <br />Professional Negligence, Count II: Contractual Indemnity, and Count III: Breach of Contract in <br />authorizing mobilization of contractor without appropriate permitting, preparation, or first <br />consulting the City for approval. Project: Program management support services, Alf Coleman Rd. <br />and Front Beach Rd. Development Projects, Panama City Beach, FL. Corradino challenged the <br />claim; a Motion for Summary Judgment for Sovereign Immunity is expected to be filed by the City <br />of Panama City Beach. <br /> <br />• Christopher Hargis and Rachel Meadows, Plaintiffs, v. Corradino, LLC, et al. (nine in all), <br />Defendants; Cause #41D02-2312-CT-000250; in the Johnson Superior Court 1, Johnson Co., IN; <br />Second Amended Complaint filed 06/04/25, copy delivered to Corradino’s Indianapolis office <br />08/23/25; Fourth Cause of Action against Corradino LLC for negligence in maintenance and <br />management of the roadway while the roadway was under construction, resulting in injury <br />accident on 09/04/23. Project: CEI Svcs., I-69 near SR 144, Johnson Co., IN. Corradino is <br />challenging the claim. <br />PREVIOUS LITIGATION: <br />• Chadrick Murray, Plaintiff, v. The Corradino Group, Inc., et al. (12 in all), Defendants; Case <br />#CACE25-005326 (05); in the 17th Judicial Circuit, Broward Co., FL; Complaint filed 04/11/25, copy <br />delivered to Corradino’s Miami office 04/15/25; Count XV against Corradino for negligence in <br />designing, maintaining, repairing, and/or servicing the roadway in a reasonably safe condition <br />resulting in injury accident on 06/20/23. Project: CEI Svcs., NB I-95 near Davie Blvd., Broward Co., <br />FL. Corradino challenged the claim; Voluntary Dismissal with Prejudice as to Corradino, 03/13/26.
