<br />Since its founding, V3 has developed a diverse portfolio encompassing public, commercial, corporate, retail, industrial, residential,
<br />hospitality, educational, institutional, transportation, planning, and historic preservation projects. The firm’s experience includes
<br />new construction, renovations, additions, interior improvements, facility upgrades, accessibility improvements, building
<br />rehabilitation, planning, programming, permitting, and construction administration.
<br />V3 has a strong history of providing professional architectural services throughout Miami-Dade County and South Florida. The
<br />firm has coordinated with numerous public agencies and municipalities, including Miami-Dade County departments, the City
<br />of Doral, Hialeah Housing Authority, Miami-Dade Public Housing and Community Development, transportation agencies, the
<br />Florida Department of Transportation, and the City of Miami Beach.
<br />This experience has provided V3 with an understanding of the responsiveness, documentation, multidisciplinary coordination,
<br />regulatory compliance, schedule management, and quality control required to successfully perform assignments under a
<br />municipal continuing professional services contract.
<br />OUTSTANDING LITIGATION
<br />V3 Architectural Group, Inc. has no outstanding litigation that would threaten the financial viability of the firm or its ability to
<br />successfully perform the services required under RFQ No. 26-07-01.
<br />CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LITIGATION HISTORY – PRECEDING FIVE YEARS
<br />During the five-year period immediately preceding this solicitation, V3 Architectural Group, Inc. has not been involved in any
<br />criminal or civil litigation that would adversely affect the firm’s professional standing, financial condition, ability to perform its
<br />contractual obligations, or ability to provide the services required by the City of Sunny Isles Beach.

<br />V3 Architectural Group, Inc. maintains insurance coverage applicable to its professional architectural practice. A current
<br />Certificate of Insurance demonstrating V3’s existing coverage will be included immediately following this section.
