Architecture  Planning Design <br />Walters Zackria Associates, PLLC | RFQ # 26-07-01 | Page 69 <br /> OLSEN MIDDLE SCHOOL PARK <br /> NEW PARK ADJACENT TO BROWARD COUNTY PUBLIC SCHOOL <br />WZA is developing drawings for a new 6.6 Acre Park adjacent to Olsen Middle <br />School for the City of Dania Beach. The City will be leasing the property from the <br />School Board of Broward County and the design of the park will allow features to <br />be available to both the school children and the general public. Through <br />controlling fences and gates, the sports field, running track, tennis court and <br />pickleball courts will be used for school programming during regular school <br />hours and open to the public at other times.
