An existing sidewalk was to remain and the skate park <br />to fit inside the perimeter. West worked with a skate park specialty <br />designer which delivered conceptual designs, West prepared contract <br />documents, attended community meetings, and performed as the <br />General Contractor. This project involved an innovative construction <br />approach to keep costs down for the Owner. <br />101
