Since <br />2007, WAD has delivered architectural and multidisciplinary design services for municipal <br />governments and other public-sector clients throughout South Florida. <br /> <br />WAD offers the City the following key advantages: <br /> <br />Extensive municipal and public-sector architectural experience <br />Experience administering continuing professional services contracts <br />Integrated architectural, engineering, landscape architecture, surveying, and ge- <br />otechnical capabilities <br />Proven experience with new construction, renovations, additions, facility evalua- <br />tions, parks, public-safety facilities, and municipal improvements <br />Knowledge of South Florida permitting, codes, environmental conditions, and re- <br />siliency requirements <br />In-house construction knowledge supporting constructability, cost estimating, <br />scheduling, and value engineering <br />Experience coordinating projects within occupied and continuously operating pub- <br />lic facilities <br />Building Information Modeling, three-dimensional visualization, and existing- <br />condition documentation capabilities <br />An established South Florida team capable of responding concurrently to multiple <br />task orders <br /> <br />WAD will serve as the prime consultant and single point of responsibility for the City. The firm <br />will self-perform architectural design, programming, project management, City coordination, <br />architectural quality assurance and quality control, cost and constructability coordination, and <br />construction administration. <br /> <br />WAD will be supported by: <br /> <br />TLC Engineering Solutions: Mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, and <br />structural engineering <br /> <br />KEITH: Civil engineering, landscape architecture, surveying, mapping, and related <br />site services <br /> <br />Nutting Engineers of Florida: Geotechnical engineering, subsurface investigations, <br />testing, and related consulting <br /> <br />This team provides the professional resources required to address the wide range of munici- <br />pal assignments anticipated under the City’s continuing services contract. <br /> <br />2.2 MINIMUM QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS <br /> <br />MQR No. 1: Licensing & Professional Credentials <br /> <br />WAD and its proposed subconsultants possess the professional licenses and certifications <br />necessary to provide the disciplines proposed for this contract. <br /> <br />14
