The contract has included municipal <br />facilities, parks, recreational improvements, master planning, public-safety hardening, utilities <br />facilities, laboratory renovations, site improvements, and traffic-calming work. <br /> <br />These assignments demonstrate WAD’s ability to evaluate existing facilities, develop concep- <br />tual and final designs, coordinate architectural and engineering disciplines, prepare cost esti- <br />mates and construction documents, assist with permitting and bidding, and provide construc- <br />tion-phase services.
