Estimating: Performs detailed quantity takeoffs, cost validation, subcontractor out-reach, and change pricing in close collaboration with the Architecture De-partment, supporting informed design decisions, value engineering ef-forts, and continuous alignment between design intent and project budg-et. Construction: Supports the Architecture Department throughout construction by facilitat-ing design coordination, constructability reviews, RFI responses, and drawing clarifications, ensuring architectural intent is clearly communicat-ed and faithfully executed in the field. Surveying: Provides existing conditions documentation and layout verification while coordinating closely with the Architecture Department to confirm dimen-sional accuracy, resolve field-to-drawing discrepancies, and support pre-cise, buildable design development.
