Some of the projects include: City Hall first <br />floor renovation; new generators for the Downtown Library, Spanish River <br />Library, and Building Administration Code Enforcement facility; Police <br />Department Pistol Range rooftop unit; Fire Station #7 AC design services. <br />Palm Beach Gardens Police Department Renovation and Expansion, <br />Palm Beach Gardens, Florida <br />First floor expansion of 2,778 SF and second floor architectural renovations <br />to administration area for approximately 8,598 SF. $2 Million / 11,376 sf <br />1600 N. Australian Avenue Community Center, West Plam Beach, <br />Florida <br />A one-story community center including private offices, shared office <br />space, computer station area, meeting rooms, and multi-purpose rooms. <br />The project also includes with additional space for electrical and storage <br />needs. 5,500 sf <br />Boynton Beach Police and Fire Department - Phase I, Boynton Beach, <br />Florida <br />The Fire Department is a facility approximately 12,000 square feet and <br />the Police Department is a facility approximately 52,000 square feet. The <br />Phase I services include the design package along with cost estimating <br />support to the building. The FD and PD are a portion of the Town Center <br />project for Boynton Beach with a total construction budget of $105M. The <br />construction budget for the FD is approximately $4M and the construction <br />budget for the PD is approximately $15.5M. $19.5 million / 64,000 sf <br />Town of Davie New Town Hall, Davie, Florida <br />Design-build delivery of new five-story municipal building, engineered <br />to enhance operational efficiency and long-term performance across all <br />municipal functions.
