Woolbright Road Boynton Beach, Florida. <br />The first task is to infill the existing atrium to create a new confer- <br />ence room on the first floor and additional workstations on the sec- <br />ond floor. The second task involves upgrading the offices on both <br />floors by demolishing some non-bearing walls to create more offices <br />and workstation areas. The renovation also includes replacing the <br />wall, floor, and ceiling finishes, light fixtures, doors, and frames, and <br />upgrading the existing kitchen with new millwork, equipment, and <br />exhaust hood system in compliance with code requirements. <br />Second Floor Plan First Floor Plan <br />5.
