The total scope of work included a site analysis, comprehensive site development, design development; construction documents, specification, and a project close out for the Pompano Ocean Rescue Headquarters. The project design entails improvements to the interior of the existing First level 1920 SF, including but not limited to upgrades to existing bathrooms, locker rooms, offices and storage areas. This includes the selection of interior and exterior building finishes. The first floor addi- tion consist of 898 SF for lobby, general equipment, and vertical circu- lation. The second floor addition will be in support of existing Ocean Rescue services. The expansion of 2,460 SF includes a large meeting room, restrooms, and a break room. Also, included shall be the core ele- ments such as stairs, elevator, and elevator equipment room and stor- age rooms. The site improvements include new sidewalks and new landscaping. 5. REFERENCES 75
