The existing space shall <br />be renovated to accommodate the new expanded Real Time Crime <br />Center, (RTCC). The existing Forensic Lab Unit, (DFU) shall be relo- <br />cated to another area on the fourth floor. The renovation includes the <br />following: <br />1. Selective demolition of the existing space to include <br />walls, ceilings, lighting, electrical, HVAC ductwork, fire <br />alarm, fire sprinkler, security and communication sys- <br />tems to accommodate the new layout. <br />2. Main Entrance reconfiguration. <br />3. Reconfigurations of existing offices and workstations + <br />additional offices & workstations. <br />4. New ceiling layout for reconfigured areas. <br />5.
