Recent projects have consisted of <br />assessments for several of their facilities and HVAC upgrades as a result of the <br />recommendations provided by TLC. All facilities remained operational during <br />renovations. <br />Selected task order projects completed under these contracts include: <br />CCTV for City Parks: CCTV system to provide coverage of the parking lots in <br />Sugar Sand Park, Lake Wyman Community Park, Patch Reef Park, Hughes Park <br />and Sand Pine Park. <br />City Hall: An addition to the IT room required the design of back-up A/C, UPS and <br />dry chemical fire suppression, as well as upgrading existing chillers. <br />Municipal Library: Extensive charrettes involving the community and library staff <br />led to the programming of a new building that incorporates green technologies <br />and materials and is eligible for LEED Certification. The library includes areas for <br />collections, computers, patron seating, employee workspace and public amenities <br />such as a coffee bar, bookstore and 200-seat multipurpose meeting room. <br />City Hall and Community Center: Upgrades for the connections from the <br />relocated transfer switches to the City Hall/Community Center, including exhaust <br />ventilation of existing Florida Power Light vault. <br />Sugar Sand Park Community Center: Review of the Test and Balance Report <br />and recommendations for remedial work to reconcile temperature or humidity <br />anomalies. <br />86
