HBC Engineering Company | 47 <br />WORKLOAD OF THE FIRM <br />HBC holds weekly coordination meetings to review current and upcoming workload using our internal Look <br />Ahead reports, ensuring that staffing needs are anticipated and met across all disciplines. This proactive <br />approach allows us to allocate resources efficiently and maintain schedule commitments. Throughout the <br />life of this contract with Broward County, HBC will have the capacity to manage the necessary personnel, <br />technical resources, and subconsultant support to complete all assigned tasks on time and within budget. <br />Below is a table of our active and completed projects within the past five (5) years. These projects represent <br />a cross-section of HBC’s multidisciplinary services, including roadway design, traffic engineering, drainage <br />and stormwater management, utility coordination, and construction engineering and inspection (CEI).
