HBC Engineering Company | 6 <br />LITIGATION STATEMENT <br />HBC Engineering Company (HBC) has not been involved in any criminal or civil litigation during the five- <br />year period immediately preceding this RFQ and has no outstanding or pending litigation that would <br />threaten its financial viability or ability to perform the required services. <br /> <br />HBC’s other proposed subconsultants have likewise confirmed that they have no criminal, civil, pending, <br />or outstanding litigation during the applicable five-year disclosure period. KCI Technologies, Inc. and EAC <br />Consulting, Inc. have each provided HBC with their respective litigation summaries, which are included <br />with this proposal for the City’s review and complete disclosure. Based on the information provided, HBC <br />is not aware of any matter involving KCI Technologies, Inc., EAC Consulting, Inc., or any other proposed <br />subconsultant that would adversely affect the team’s ability to perform the services required under this <br />contract.
