City of Sunny Isles Beach |Request for Proposal No. 15‐03‐01 10   <br />  <br />Section 2 <br />Special Terms and Conditions <br /> <br />2.1 PURPOSE OF BID: <br /> <br />The City of Sunny Isles Beach (the “City”) intends to secure the services of an onsite attendant <br />who will control traffic at the Pier Park parking lot. It is the intent of this proposal document that <br />all work for this turnkey project shall result in compliance with the specification documents and all <br />regulatory requirements applicable to such service and as noted herein. <br /> <br />2.2 PRE-BID CONFERENCE <br /> <br />Non-Mandatory 03/10/2015 at 11:00 AM <br /> <br />2.3 TERM <br /> <br />This contract shall commence upon the date of the (NTP) Notice to Proceed and shall remain in <br />effect for one (1) year with two (2) one year options to renew. <br /> <br />2.4 OPTIONS TO RENEW <br /> <br />Two (2) One (1) Year Options to Renew. <br /> <br />2.5 METHOD OF AWARD <br /> <br />The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsible and responsive bidder whose bid best serves <br />the interest of and represents the best value to the City in conformity with the criteria set forth in <br />Section 62-8 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Sunny Isles Beach. <br /> <br />2.6 PRICE <br /> <br />Prices shall remain fixed and firm through the term of the contract <br /> <br />2.7 PERFORMANCE BOND AND PAYMENT BOND <br /> <br />Intentionally Omitted <br /> <br />2.8 BID BOND <br /> <br />Intentionally Omitted <br /> <br />2.9 DELIVERY <br /> <br />Definite Delivery <br /> <br />
