References <br />Each Proposer must submit a list of three (3) references of Current and Past Customers <br />of which they have provided services similar in scope and size of those described herein. <br /> Each Reference must be supplied on Client’s Letterhead <br /> Each Reference letter must be signed with contact person and phone number. <br /> Local References are preferred. <br /> <br />The City retains the right to request any additional information pertaining to the Proposer's <br />ability, qualifications, and procedures used to accomplish all work under the contract as it <br />deems necessary to ensure safe and satisfactory work. <br /> <br />7. Examination of Site Affirmation <br />Each offer shall be accompanied by an affidavit prepared by the Proposer affirming that <br />the Proposer has visited the site, examined the bid documents and is not guilty of collusion <br />or fraud in the preparation of the offer. If the affidavit is not included in the offer the offer <br />may be considered non-responsive. Proposers who have provided, or who currently are <br />providing, services at the site of the proposed work are not exempted from the <br />requirements of this section. <br /> <br />8.
