Supervisor visit each <br />location on a daily basis with a check in and <br />out log and all supervisors will relieve guards <br />of lunch breaks and if a guard is ill and or not <br />able to perform duty supervisor on duty will <br />report to the location until a replacement can <br />be made. Replacement guards shall arrive <br />soon thereafter. <br />Health / Dental Insurance <br />Florida Executive Security offer all employees <br />health, dental and life insurance. Employee <br />quarterly bonuses employee of the month <br />bonuses. Florida Executive Security also <br />partners with Faith Foundation of Florida <br />to offer all employees a Faith loan when <br />major unexpected occurrences happen <br />all employees who after their first year <br />anniversary are eligible.
