Manager: In addition to the strong corporate and administrative support that Park One maintains <br />locally, we propose a solid team lead by a strong Garage Manager for Sunny Isles Beach, <br />Anthony Patrignani. An experienced is necessary to handle the day to day requirements of a <br />parking facility such as this. This manager will be liaison between the City and all parking <br />related stakeholders. Anthony brings experience to the project as he has managed this location <br />for the last year. Anthony has had bottom line responsibility for over multiple locations and <br />brings a high level of customer service from his experience in the luxury hotel segment. He will <br />directly accountable for the daily Parking Operations that includes Customer Service, staffing <br />and billing. <br />Attendants: Park One's large local presence gives us a significant operational platform and <br />support personnel to ensure a constant focus on customer service and the ability to manage and <br />respond to issues immediately. With over 130 locations and 1,500 associates in South Florida. <br />our large staff in the area will provide additional employees to quickly handle rushes and traffic <br />surges.
