Park One proposes a Flat hourly service rate which will be inclusive of all operating expenses as <br />defined in the Request for Proposal and included below: <br />- Payroll & Payroll taxes & benefits <br />- General Liability Insurance (limits as specified herein) <br />-Auto Damage Claims caused by Park One <br />- License fees <br />- Standard Uniforms <br />- Supplies (tickets, podium, cleaning supplies etc.) <br />- Radios and communication devices <br />-Park One's overhead including oversight management, accounting and HR. <br />Park One's proposed flat hourly rate for regular contracted services is 517.00 (seventeen <br />dollars) per labor hour. <br />Park One's proposed flat hourly rate fir special events and extra hours with a minimum of 72 <br />hours' notice is $17.00 (seventeen dollars) per labor hour. <br />Park One's proposed flat hourly rate for special events and extra hours with less titan 72 <br />hours' notice is $20.00 (twenty dollars) per labor hour. <br />211Pa-, e- Park Onc of Florida <br />City of Sunny Isles Beach RFP No. 15 -03 -01 <br />
