K- • • <br />To Whom It May Concern, <br />August 25, 2014 <br />I have personally worked with ParkOne at several different prestigious high rise properties. We <br />currently utilize their services at iconbrickell master association. This property is one of the most <br />demanding when it comes to valet services as we have 7 different valet stations that serve 1800 units, a <br />hotel component, a night club, 4 restaurants, and a real estate office. Like many properties, parking is <br />limited which adds to the daily challenges of accommodating each entity that needs service. ParkOne is <br />able to provide the man power and management necessary to be successful. <br />In addition to their onsite operations, they have the corporate support needed. This has been <br />extremely important as the Board of Directors demands action plans, detailed supporting reports with <br />limited notice, assistance with tax filing, and attendance at many meetings. <br />Although I have worked with different ParkOne teams, the best I have personally experienced is <br />under Jonathan Tovar and Daniel Dotti.
