Senior Executives <br />Yolande A Bernard <br />CPA- Chief Financial Officer <br />Yolande A Bernard is the Chief Financial Officer of Park One Florida. Ms. Bernard joined Park <br />One Holdings, LLC. the parent company of Park One Florida, in March 1995 to acquire <br />additional parking properties and expand the company's activities in valet services and the <br />development, ownership and construction of structured parking facilities. She is responsible for <br />all financial and tax reporting for the Company. <br />Prior to joining Park One, Ms. Bernard was employed by KPMG During her tenure there, Ms <br />Bernard worked in both the Audit and Tax departments. Ms. Bernard is a graduate of the <br />University of New Orleans. where she received a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and a <br />Masters of Accounting (taxation option). Nis. Bernard is a CPA and a member of the AICPA <br />and the Louisiana Society of CPA's. <br />Fred Bredemeyer <br />President <br />Park One President. Frederick Bredemeyer, CAPP, is a 25 year parking veteran with extensive <br />municipal and private parking experience. Fred gained a broad base of experience as a <br />commercial parking operator, parking consultant and then as Chief Operating Officer of the <br />Miami Parking Authority. Recognized in 2008 as the International Institute's Parking <br />Professional of the Year, Mr. Bredemeyer recently joined Park One to oversee all aspects of the <br />company's operations. Fred has managed parking facilities throughout the country and <br />specifically in South Florida for the City of Miami. the City of Miami Beach. the City of Coral <br />Gables, The University of Miami as well as many private owners and propem management <br />firms. He has been actively involved in the N4iami area parking market for nearly 20 years. Fred <br />has consulted on numerous projects locally for operational improvements, acquisition due <br />diligence and owner representative services.
