Quality Manager — Russel Dingman
<br />As quality manager, Russel is responsible for ensuring district and
<br />project compliance to the Kiewit quality program and for developing
<br />and maintaining the district quality procedures, as required. He is also
<br />responsible for the training, development and support of the quality
<br />management staff within the district and revises district quality procedures,
<br />assigns project quality managers and requests corrective action as needed.
<br />Russel has a thorough knowledge of the districts project scopes, schedules, inspections, testing, and
<br />quality documentation requirements and serves as a liaison with external parties on matters relating to the
<br />quality program and oversees the quality performance of over $500 million of construction work for Kiewit
<br />Infrastructure South Co. and subsidiary GSC Atlanta.
<br />Role and Responsibilities on North Bay Road Pedestrian Bridge
<br />Russel will be responsible for overseeing the overall quality program and the preparation, implementation
<br />and update of the Quality Plan, including management, design, and construction. He will also ensure that
<br />a quality system is established, implemented, and maintained and reporting on the performance of the
<br />quality systems to management for review and as a basis for improvement of the quality system.

<br />Quality Control Manager, Airfield Markings, City of Atlanta H -JAIA, Atlanta, GA, $4 million
<br />Quality Control Manager on this project that involves the removal of an estimated 285,883 SF of existing
<br />taxiway and runway markings, as well as the application of new markings with paint or thermoplastics at
<br />the Hartsfield Jackson Atlanta International Airport.
<br />Quality Control Manager /Project Engineer, SR 90 Tamiami Trail Modified Water Deliveries,
<br />USACE, Miami, FL, $81 million
<br />As the alternate Construction QC Manager, Russel's duties included being on site during all construction
<br />activities if the CQC Manager was not available, communicating with the USACE on a daily basis and
<br />ensuring that the project was built in accordance with plans and specifications. He also performed general
<br />site inspections. Russel also served as Project Engineer with responsibilities that included all contract
<br />administration, maintaining the P -6 schedule, manage all cost reporting, perform financial projections,
<br />review all subcontractor change orders, review all submittals and RFIs prior to submission, facilitate
<br />subcontractor coordination and payment and run all owner progress meetings. Before these roles,
<br />Russel was the Roadway Engineer, which required tracking quantities, performing takeoffs, working with
<br />subcontractors, tracking daily cost, analyzing survey data, and producing cost projections.
