On March 13, 2015, the <br />Applicant received initial comments from the City on the application.' The 'Project's architect <br />has revised the plans in response to these comments and submitted the revised plans on March <br />23, 2015 to the City for further review and consideration. In addition, the Project's traffic <br />engineer has prepared the enclosed traffic study for your review.2 <br />Please be advised that we are also requesting the widening of the north tower to 164.7 <br />feet, and to utilize the design flexibility option pursuant to Section 265.35(D)(4)(d) of the City <br />Code of Ordinances.
