The Applicant is also seeking <br />to reduce the Floor Area Ratio (FAR) from 1,089,300 square feet to <br />1,085,205 square feet. The Applicant is also proposing to utilize the <br />design flexibility allowance provided pursuant. to Section 265 -35 <br />D.(4)(d)[iij of the City Code; consequently, modifying the lay -out of the <br />residential towers.
