On March 11, 2015, we <br /> received the City's initial comments on our application. In response to these initial comments <br /> we are submitting this ls` Amended Letter of Intent. Although there is a reduction in residential <br /> units, the total amount of Floor Area Ratio onsite will not change. Please note that we have <br /> decided to amend our application to request that the baywalk easement along the rear of both <br /> Phase 11 and Phase III be an "average" width of seven feet instead of a "minimum" width of <br /> seven feet. Also, we have made the following changes to the plans submitted: <br /> • Pedestal to Tower zoning setbacks remain the same, however, the distance of <br /> the towers within the pedestal to tower setbacks have been revised at the <br /> North and South sides. Changes to the said distances within the setback are <br /> due to a design revision in the towers. No additional FAR has been proposed. <br />
