On March 11, 2015, we <br /> received the City's initial comments on our application. In response to these!initial comments <br /> we submitted our Is' Amended Letter of Intent on March 24, 2015. <br /> Pursuant to our discussion at the DRC meeting of last week, we would also clarify our <br /> request regarding the bay walk width. Instead of requesting a modificationi to the condition <br /> requiring a "minimum of 7' bay walk" to an "average" of 7', we would Inow request the <br /> condition be modified to read "a minimum of 4' and an average of 7', pursuant to the approved <br /> plans." <br /> 1 <br />
