TROPEZ ON THE BAY: PHASES II & III <br /> SITE PLAN MODIFICATION <br /> PROJECT SUMMARY <br /> Application Number: PZ2015-05 <br /> Application Summary: The Applicant is applying for a modification of the approved site plan <br /> under Resolution No. 12-Z-133 adopted on November 15, 2012 and <br /> as amended by Resolution No. 13-Z-137, adopted on October 17, <br /> 2013. The site plan approvals consisted of three development phases <br /> (Phases I, II & Ill). Phase I consists of three residential towers with <br /> retail. This Phase was completed in 2010. Phase II consists of two <br />• residential towers, which is part of the site plan modification <br /> application.
