Please consider this our letter of <br /> intent in connection with an application for Site Plan Approval. <br /> In keeping with the extremely high level of architectural excellence which dominates the <br /> skyline of Sunny Isles Beach, RDR Seashore, LLC is proud to submit the newest grand building <br /> which will further enhance the City's landscape. <br /> The Residences by Armani/Casa, designed by the renowned architectural firm of Sieger <br /> Suarez Architects in conjunction with the world famous architectural firm of iPelli Clark Pelli <br /> Architects, embodies the highly styled buildings which frames the oceanfront of the City. <br /> The subject Property, consisting of 3.116 +/- acres located on the Atlantic Ocean, at <br /> 189th Street and Collins Avenue. <br /> The proposed development meets or exceeds all setback standards contained in the <br /> City's Land Development Regulations. The unique angular shape of the building affords a front <br /> setback from Collins Avenue of over 105 feet where 75 feet is required. The porte-cochere is <br /> setback approximately 131 feet where a minimum of 50 feet is provided in the Code.
