The current owner of the private TDRs Bank is Gil <br /> Dezer ("Assignor") and attached hereby is the Assignor agreement <br /> and hold harmless to Applicant for the transfer of TDRs in the amount <br /> of 68,694 square feet of floor area and 37 dwelling units, consequently <br /> the Applicant is requesting the assignment of the TDRs to be in <br /> accordance to Zoning Resolution No. .
