Russo,City Manager <br /> FROM: Claudia Hasbun,Zoning Administrator/Planning <br /> Manager <br /> DATE: 4/16/2015 <br /> RE: Close out of Private Transfer Development Rights for <br /> Dezer Development, LLC. <br /> RECOMMENDATION: <br /> The attached Resolution is presented for your consideration. <br /> REASONS: <br /> Pursuant to Resolution No. 2013-2130 adopted on October 17, 2013, <br /> the City Commission directed the Zoning Administrator to create a <br /> private sub-bank account in favor of Dezer Development, LLC <br /> ("Dezer") in accordance to a site plan approval pursuant to Zoning <br /> Resolution No. 13-Z-138 adopted on October 17, 2013 also known as <br /> the Dezer Office Tower ("Office Project") proposed at 18080 Collins <br /> Avenue. Staff is requesting to close the private sub-account and <br /> deposit the Transfer Development Rights ("TDRs") in the amount of <br /> 33,750 square feet of floor area and sixteen(16)dwelling units into the <br /> City's TDRs Bank account as the Office Tower will not be developed <br /> according to the abovementioned site plan approval. <br /> ATTACHMENTS: <br /> Description <br /> Resolution <br /> 2013 Private TDRs statement <br /> Item Number:10.S. <br /> http://sunnyisles.novusagenda.com/AgendaWeb/CoverSheet.aspx?ItemID=1624 4/10/2015 <br />
