<br /> The comparable sales data relied upon in this appraisal is believed to be from reliable
<br /> sources; however, it was not possible to inspect the interiors of all of the comparable,
<br /> and it was necessary to rely on information furnished by others as to physical and
<br /> economic data.
<br /> The appraiser(s) has inspected, as far as possible, the land and the improvements
<br /> thereon; however, it was not possible to personally observe conditions beneath the soil
<br /> or hidden structural components within the improvements; therefore, no representations
<br /> are made herein as to these matters and, unless specifically considered in the report,
<br /> the value estimate is subject to any such conditions that could cause loss in value.
<br /> Conditions of heating, cooling, ventilating, electrical, and plumbing equipment is
<br /> considered to be commensurate with the conditions of the balance of the improvements,

<br /> Regulations of the Appraisal Institute.
<br /> Unless otherwise stated in the report, the existence of hazardous substances including,
<br /> without limitation, asbestos, radon gas, polychlorinated biphenyls, petroleum leakage, or
<br /> agricultural chemicals, which may or may not be present on the property, or other
<br /> environmental conditions, were not called to the attention of the appraiser(s), nor did the
<br /> appraiser(s) become aware of such during the appraiser's inspection. The appraiser(s)
<br /> has no knowledge of the existence of such materials on or in the property unless
<br /> otherwise stated. The appraiser(s), however, is not qualified to test such substances or
<br /> conditions. If the presence of such substances, such as asbestos, urea formaldehyde
<br /> foam insulation, or other hazardous substances or environmental conditions, may affect
<br /> the value of the property, the value estimated is predicated on the assumption that there
<br /> is no such condition on or in the property or in such proximity thereto that it would cause
<br /> a loss in value. No responsibility is assumed for any such conditions, nor for any
<br /> expertise or engineering knowledge required to discover them.

<br /> The current purchasing power of the U.S. Dollar is the basis for the value reported. The
<br /> appraiser(s) assumes no responsibility for economic or physical factors occurring at

<br /> only so long as it is presented in its entirety. Further, all pages listed in the Table of
<br /> Contents must be present and the appraiser's signature accompanied by the raised seal.
