Russo,City Manager <br /> DATE: 4/16/2015 <br /> RE: Community Shuttle Service Title VI Program Plan <br /> RECOMMENDATION: <br /> The attached Title VI Program Plan for the City of Sunny Isles Beach <br /> Community Shuttle Service has been drafted for approval. This <br /> program plan is required by Miami-Dade Transit for the receipt of <br /> funding for the City's Community Shuttle Service. <br /> REASONS: <br /> In 2009, the City received federal funds from Miami-Dade County <br /> through the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act for the <br /> purchase of two (2) shuttle buses for the SIB Community Shuttle <br /> Service.
