The plan will be <br /> developed with considerations of risks and staff availability. Upon finalization,the project team will <br /> execute the schedule agreed upon. <br /> The following table displays the anticipated schedule for this project: <br /> Kick-Off Meeting During this kick-off meeting,the City of Sunny Isles Beach and Aeon <br /> Nexus team members will meet to: <br /> • Provide team member introductions <br /> • Establish key service point-of-contacts,and processes <br /> • Comprehensive review of the Statement of Work and <br /> development of a project plan/schedule <br /> Discovery The Aeon Nexus team will design and configure the solution. <br /> Development The Aeon Nexus team will configure the system to meet the City's <br /> Fleet Management requirements. <br /> Implementation The Aeon Nexus team will execute the development work and <br /> begin implementing the systems workflows, database integrations, <br /> in import of any data. Unit and functional testing will also be <br /> executed. <br /> User Acceptance The city will develop and execute a User Acceptance Test plan with <br /> Testing city testers. Aeon Nexus will provide guidance throughout testing. <br /> Technical Training Aeon Nexus will provide technical training for city IT staff and key <br /> stakeholders to use, maintain, and support the solutions after go- <br /> live. <br /> Go-Live Solution configuration completed,tested,fully implemented and <br /> operational.
