Russo,City Manager <br /> FROM: Derrick L.Arias,Chief Information Officer <br /> DATE: 4/16/2015 <br /> Authorization to enter into an agreement with Aeon <br /> RE: Nexus Corporation for professional services, in an <br /> amount not to exceed$100,000.00. <br /> RECOMMENDATION: <br /> It is recommended that the City Commission approve this resolution <br /> authorizing the City Manager to enter into an agreement with Aeon <br /> Nexus Corporation for services to implement the City's Business <br /> Intelligence initiative and Fleet Management software. <br /> REASONS: <br /> The City is in need of implementing an organization-wide reporting <br /> system, which will allow for access and compilation of data into City <br /> operations across all Departments. The initial implementation will <br /> focus on reporting from existing systems encompassing Finance, <br /> Building, Code Enforcement, Business Licensing, Fleet Management, <br /> and Recreation and Events.
