Russo,City Manager <br /> FROM: Claudia Hasbun, Planning and Zoning Administrator <br /> DATE: 4/16/2015 <br /> RE: Waiver of Plat for Heritage Park <br /> RECOMMENDATION: <br /> Staff is recommending City Commission approval to the Resolution. <br /> REASONS: <br /> The City of Sunny Isles Beach is the property owner of certain land <br /> located at 19200 Collins Avenue a/k/a Heritage Park, Staff is <br /> requesting for a Waiver of Plat approval for the purpose of subdividing <br /> the actual Parent Tract into two Parcels; one parcel allocating the park <br /> premises and the other parcel for the parking garage building.
