82 City of Sunny Isles Beach New Facility Qualifications for Architectural Design Services <br />The City Hall Annex is located on <br />Meridian Avenue and 18th street, <br />completing the Civic Center Campus as <br />an annex to the existing Miami Beach <br />City Hall, to which it is connected by <br />means of a pedestrian bridge. It acts <br />as a north gateway to the historic Art <br />Deco district, servicing not only the <br />City offices, but the Lincoln Road Mall <br />business center as well. <br />The structure accommodates a 7-level <br />parking garage with a capacity of 654 <br />parking spaces and a 5-story office <br />component with 38,500 SF of gross <br />floor area.
