96 City of Sunny Isles Beach New Facility Qualifications for Architectural Design Services <br />Perkins + Will has designed a mixed- <br />use Office, Retail and Structured <br />Garage project on Miami Beach at 709 <br />Alton Road; the 64,000 square foot <br />project will create an active ground <br />floor retail program with concealed <br />parking above for 172 cars and office <br />space above affording views west to <br />Biscayne Bay and east to the ocean. <br />The project is one of a number of <br />similar efforts for a significant property <br />owner on Miami Beach and will define <br />a new architectural continuity along <br />Alton Road.
